Job Summary
Manage relationships with key school customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and generate new business for Oxford AQA. Execute solution-led marketing strategies by matching whole school issues with tailored solutions, while monitoring market trends and providing competitor feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact for the territory, triaging leads and passing non-priority opportunities to internal functions. Maintain CRM database accuracy, support OUP's presence at regional events, and ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines and ethical business codes. Requires familiarity with international school systems, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with international school systems, curricula (e.g., British, IB, or bilingual programs), and the education sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, educators, and institutional stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and aligning them with appropriate educational solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication, including the ability to present and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and support marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable representing the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and school visits.
- Understanding of ethical business practices and adherence to corporate policies and governance standards.
