Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children aged 5 to 12 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team; help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active during sessions and maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space; be part of a team-driven environment with opportunities for growth and progression including paid RBT certification and semi-annual raises.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 18 years old or older
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
