Job Summary
School Readiness Behavior Therapist providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 5–12 to build communication, social, and independent living skills. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with a collaborative team. Engage children through play-based activities, movement, reading, and games; maintain a safe, organized therapy space. Training to earn RBT certification is provided; opportunities for growth include semi-annual raises and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma (associate’s degree welcomed), willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
