Job Summary
School Readiness Behavior Therapist provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 5–12 to build communication, social, and independent living skills. You’ll follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team while engaging kids through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. You’ll stay active during sessions, help maintain a safe therapy space, and be part of a mission-driven team. Training is provided to earn your RBT certification, with raises every 6 months and benefits including health coverage, PTO, and other perks. Start immediately with part-time hours after school and occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s Degree preferred as a possible qualification for higher pay bands
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to maintain active pace throughout the day
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe therapy spaces
- Be willing to participate in paid RBT certification training
- Ability to work with children aged 5-12 in ABA therapy
