Job Summary
School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the District Special Services Dept./Child Study Team. Requires NJ certification as a School Psychologist and a Master’s Degree. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Autism is preferred, with three years of teaching and/or clinical experience and/or a specialist degree or its equivalent. Must pass criminal history background check, a physical, and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status. Functions include promoting self-realization by helping individuals attain optimum growth through prescriptive developmental programs tailored to their individual needs.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Certificate as a School Psychologist
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Autism is preferred
- Three years of teaching and/or clinical experience and/or a specialist degree or its equivalent.
- Will be required to pass a criminal history background check, a physical, and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. (CURRENT EMPLOYEES EXEMPT)
- Function: Promote self-realization by helping individuals to attain optimum growth within their capacities through developmental programs that are prescriptive of their individual needs.
