Job Summary
The School Psychologist collaborates with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators to support academic achievement and social/emotional functioning. Responsibilities include conducting psycho-educational evaluations, completing assessments, consulting with educational teams, and maintaining professional credentials. Required skills include excellent interpersonal communication, detail orientation, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Candidates must hold a valid fingerprint card and School Psychologist certificate, along with a graduate degree in School Psychology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) fingerprint card
- Valid Arizona Standard School Psychologist, Prekindergarten – 12 Certificate
- Completion of a Graduate degree in School Psychology
Desired Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in a School Psychologist position preferred
