Job Summary
The School Psychologist evaluates and supports student academic achievement and social/emotional functioning by completing psycho-educational evaluations and working with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include facilitating evaluations, analyzing psychometric assessments, consulting with educators and parents, participating in educational teams, and maintaining ethical standards. Required skills include strong interpersonal communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must possess an Arizona Standard School Psychologist Certificate and an IVP fingerprint card.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) fingerprint card
- Valid Arizona Standard School Psychologist, Prekindergarten – 12 Certificate
- Completion of a Graduate degree in School Psychology
Desired Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in a School Psychologist position preferred
