Job Summary
School Psychologist for a short-term, full-time assignment (Sept–Dec) serving K-8 students. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments of cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs; developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans; providing individual and group counseling; collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop interventions; participating in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed; maintaining confidential records per CDE/IDEA guidelines; providing staff training on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License – School Psychologist Endorsement
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
