Job Summary
School Psychologist sought to conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments; develop and implement IEPs/504 Plans; provide individual and group counseling; collaborate with educators and families; participate in IEP meetings and crisis interventions; maintain confidential records per NCDPI and IDEA; provide staff training on mental health, classroom behavior, and social-emotional learning; support student social skills and self-regulation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology or Educational Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) School Psychologist License
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred
- Fingerprint clearance and background check required
