Job Summary

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic, cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans, while providing individual and group counseling to support mental health and behavioral success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create intervention strategies, participate in IEP meetings, and perform crisis interventions. Maintain confidential records in compliance with Indiana Department of Education and IDEA requirements, and provide staff training on evidence-based interventions. Hourly rate ranges from $51.00 to $62.00.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana School Psychologist License issued by the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE), or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start of employment
  • Fingerprint clearance and background check required

Desired Qualifications

  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred
