Job Summary
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and development; participate in developing and implementing IEPs and Section 504 plans; provide counseling and behavioral support to students; collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams; assist in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs; support crisis intervention and prevention strategies; maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, TEA guidelines, and district regulations; provide consultation to staff regarding student behavior, mental health, and academic interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- Valid Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP)
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
