Job Summary
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies. Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed. Maintain confidential records and documentation in compliance with Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and IDEA guidelines. Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health and behavior management, and student wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) School Psychologist License
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
