Job Summary
School Psychologist for the school year serving students ages K-21, covering two locations (one location per day). Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans, providing counseling and behavioral support, collaborating with teachers/parents/teams, developing behavior intervention plans, supporting crisis intervention, maintaining documentation and compliance with federal/state/district regulations, and providing staff consultations on student behavior, mental health, and academic interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist certification issued by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE)
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
