Job Summary
As a School Psychologist at Project Play Therapy, you will lead problem-solving for individual student needs through psycho-educational evaluation and consultation, working closely with school teams to ensure compliance with regulations and providing holistic supports based on data-driven decision-making. You will consult on educational and social-emotional concerns, partner with staff and families to support students impacted by trauma, and engage in ongoing professional development. A Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology and a Tennessee State License are required, with preference for candidates holding National Certification (NCSP). A positive attitude and experience in educational settings are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) or higher in School Psychology
- Tennessee State License as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in schools with a solid understanding of IDEA, eligibility, and IEP processes
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a positive attitude
