Job Summary
School Psychologist responsible for administering, interpreting, and documenting cognitive, academic, learning, memory, perceptual-organizational, and projective testing to identify learning or emotional disabilities; provide in-school counseling (1-on-1 or small groups); consult with principals, teachers, guidance counselors, and Special Education TEAM; contribute to Instructional Support Teams and IEP TEAM processes; present evaluation results and integrate other specialists' findings; perform duties guided by the Administrator of Special Education and provide teacher in-service training; posted as Unit A Teacher Contract salary guide on the district website.
Required Qualifications
- Administrative instruction and governance language present
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations and related testing
- Ability to provide in-school counseling and consultations
