Job Summary

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs. Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly to students, families, teachers, and school staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and academic interventions. Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to students individually and in group settings to address social-emotional concerns and mental health issues. Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide strategies and interventions supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. Conduct crisis intervention and support students and families in emergency situations. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all psychological assessments and counseling sessions. Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities related to school climate and mental health promotion. Work onsite in Kingman, AZ for the 26/27 school year, reporting to a collaborative team dedicated to delivering clinical solutions to PreK-12 schools.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment measures, testing procedures, and diagnostic criteria
  • Excellent understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices related to the provision of psychological services in schools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers
  • Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques
