Job Summary
Provide School Psychologist services within a national special education provider model. Responsibilities include crisis support during school emergencies, staff training on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies; maintaining accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress; preparing reports meeting legal and ethical standards; and delivering services under the IEP Therapy framework with direct and indirect support from directors and clinical leaders. Qualifications include state certification for school psychology, NASP credential, background/fingerprint clearance, and prior K–12 school psychology experience. The role offers local office support, CEU/license/tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and a spread-pay option. Two candidate locations are listed: Detroit, MI and Evansville, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered
- National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification
- Background check (DOJ/FBI) or equivalent fingerprint clearance
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- K-12 school psychology experience
- MI School Psychologist Certificate or equivalent
- License or certification requirement for practice as a school psychologist
