Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments covering intellectual, academic, behavioral, and emotional domains to determine special education eligibility. Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and lead Functional Behavior Assessments alongside Behavior Intervention Plans. Provide consultation and case management for students and staff while participating in manifestation determination meetings and crisis response. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and professionals to ensure compliance with federal and state disability laws. This high school assignment runs from August 2026 through June 2027 in New Castle, Delaware, with flexible local or travel options.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • State Certification as a School Psychologist (e.g., FL SEA Certification for Grades PreK–12) – Temporary or Professional

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience as a School Psychologist
  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential
