Job Summary
Conduct psychoeducational assessments, administer standardized tools, and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports for students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health needs. Participate in IEP meetings to recommend academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports while consulting with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Assist with crisis response efforts, including risk assessments and safety planning, and provide coaching to staff on evidence-based practices. Collect and review student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) School Psychologist Certificate (PK-12) or the ability to obtain certification within an established timeframe
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements for business-related travel
- Successful completion of all required clearances, fingerprinting, and background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate
- Two to five years of experience providing school psychology services in K-12 or specialized educational settings
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, participating in IEP development, and providing consultation and behavioral support
- Experience supporting students with intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or behavioral health needs
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential
