Job Summary
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide IEP meetings and intervention planning. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and case managers to design evidence-based academic and behavioral support strategies. Implement school-wide social-emotional learning practices, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for students in crisis. Evaluate Multi-tiered Systems of Support to promote resilient, inclusive learning environments. Provide parent education and facilitate partnerships with community agencies to enhance student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CA Pupil Personnel Services School Psychology Credential (or equivalent license from another state and clear eligibility for immediate credentialing as a school psychologist in California)
- Master Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
- Minimum one year of experience as a credentialed school psychologist, or graduation from an accredited graduate program with at least one full year or equivalent as a school psychologist intern
