School Program Coordinator / Coach

Lead and facilitate organized games and physical activities during school recess periods while supervising students to ensure a safe, respectful environment. Set up and break down activity equipment daily, encourage participation across all skill levels, and manage student behavior using positive reinforcement. Coordinate with fellow coaches to ensure smooth operations, track attendance, and complete daily reports documenting activities, participation, incidents, and behavioral notes. Maintain accurate records to support program oversight and communicate professionally with students, staff, and parents. Represent the program in all interactions while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
