Job Summary
Lead as chief administrator of an elementary/middle school, guiding instructional objectives and data-driven decision making; supervise and develop faculty and staff, coordinate curriculum development and standards-based programs, manage budget and resources, plan staff development and community relations activities, and collaborate with the School Board to achieve goals. Requires a California credential authorizing service in elementary/middle school and a Master’s degree or higher in educational administration or related field; five years of elementary teaching experience with prior leadership or co-administration experience; strong communication skills and Christian school leadership alignment.

- Master of Arts or higher degree in educational administration, elementary education, instructional technology, or a closely related field
- Five years of elementary teaching experience, at least two years of proven success as a teacher leader or co-administrator
