Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Pickleball/Tennis sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at various Bay Area school sites during the Summer Camp and After School programs. Manage class sizes from 8–16 students, follow provided lesson plans, and maintain a positive learning environment. Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting; equipment is provided. Responsibilities include taking attendance, coordinating with parents/school staff, and capturing class photos for documentation. Programs run in June–August (Summer Camp) and September–May (After School), with options for half-day or full-day schedules and a possible extension to 6:00 PM. In-person coaching across multiple sites; candidate must live locally and be available for on-site work. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and contact via the provided phone number.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Must be at least 19 years old
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Teaching or playing experience in Pickleball is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Available for in-person work at multiple Bay Area schools
