Job Summary
Seasonal School Photographer capturing genuine smiles and school memories at local schools. Use your personal vehicle to travel to campuses for picture day, transport/setup/teardown photography equipment, and use photo software to manage images. No photography experience required; paid training provided. Opportunity to promote to Photo Team Lead with extra pay. Typical schedule around 30+ hours per week with overtime during peak weeks. Travel and mileage reimbursement included. Early start times (as early as 4 AM) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved. Must have a high school diploma or GED and a reliable vehicle with a valid U.S. driver’s license. Comfortable working in a school environment with children; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to learn new programs; grooming and professional appearance expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
- Reliable vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license
- Willingness to start early (driving start times as early as 4 AM)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
- Comfort working in a school environment with children of all ages
- Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
- Ability to use computers/cameras and learn new programs
- Willingness to travel to schools for photo day events
