Job Summary
Capture genuine smiles and priceless school memories by traveling to local schools with your personal vehicle to support photo day events. Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment while using photo software to organize and manage images. Build hands-on photography experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with paid training included and no prior experience required. Work an average of 30+ hours per week through November, with overtime pay during peak weeks and the option for daily pay. This seasonal role offers a chance to extend into December, with potential promotion to Photo Team Lead for an extra hour per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Council Bluffs, IA or surrounding areas
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+
- A reliable, insured vehicle
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Willingness to start early (driving start times as early as 4 AM!) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
- Ability to store camera equipment in home when not in use
- A cheerful, friendly personality
- Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities
- Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
- Comfort working independently for smaller events after training
- Comfortable working with computers / cameras and ability to learn new programs
- Grooming and professional appearance that reflects Jostens' standards
- Reliable cell phone and internet access
- Must be able to travel to schools, as scheduled, for photo day events
