Job Summary
Teach hybrid courses in Higher Education Leadership using video conferencing and synchronous learning technologies. Instruct in areas of expertise such as organizational theory, higher education finance, or related fields. Deliver instruction for fall, spring, and/or summer terms contingent on enrollment and funding availability. Submit a cover letter detailing specific course interests and a resume/CV to the program coordinator. Earn $1,666.67 per credit hour or a $50,000 base salary. Applications are reviewed as hiring needs arise and must be submitted by December 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Earned doctorate in higher education leadership or a related field
- Demonstrated excellence and experience as a higher education leadership scholar/practitioner/administrator
- Experience teaching in organizational theory, higher education finance, or related areas
- At least three years of professional work experience in a higher education setting
- Pre-employment criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in teaching using video conferencing and synchronous learning technologies
- Experience with mentoring and advising graduate student scholar practitioners
- Record of scholarship and publication in higher education leadership or a related field commensurate with a research university
