Job Summary
Full-time Occupational Therapist for Matheny Medical and Educational Center's school setting in Peapack, NJ. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe school environment, providing individual and group occupational therapy to students identified through assessment, supporting educators and administrators with OT needs in the educational environment, delivering OT goals and objectives to the IEP team, providing quarterly progress reports, identifying equipment/materials needs, participating in professional learning communities and ongoing professional development, presenting current levels of academic achievement and functional performance with goals and strategies for initial evaluation and re-assessment, handling documentation daily in Paradigm, and submitting timely SEMIs. The role requires maintaining NJ Department of Education certification and NBCOT-OTR, collaborating with parents/guardians and hospital therapists, and contributing to development opportunities for disabled students; the position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Department of Education certification
- NBCOT-OTR
- licensure to practice occupational therapy in New Jersey
- bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent

- documentation in Paradigm or equivalent electronic medical records system
- IEP development and progress reporting
