Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' functional abilities and identify barriers affecting educational participation. Develop individualized treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and collaborate as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team. Deliver direct and consultative evidence-based occupational therapy services to enhance students' fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills within the educational environment. Support K–12 students in Maricopa, AZ, during the 2026–2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

- School-based or pediatric experience
