Job Summary
The School Nutrition Office Manager serves as the bridge between central office and cafeteria operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial/documentation accuracy. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, coaching cafeteria managers on findings, documenting site visit and coaching reports, ensuring USDA/local regulations compliance, entering student dietary orders, managing reimbursements and data entry, maintaining recipes, verifying daily deposits, auditing orders for USDA-cost savings, taking meeting minutes, coordinating catering logistics, and maintaining office operations. Requires mobility for site visits and events, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a background check; proficiency in database management and understanding of school nutrition regulations are essential.
