Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, posting required materials, following governing and district policies, operating school nutrition software, and ensuring timely reporting. Requires a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in quantity food preparation; strong supervisory and administrative skills; knowledge of USDA meal patterns and HACCP/sanitation standards; ability to manage inventories, payroll data, and program compliance.
