Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of hot and cold food items to students, faculty, and staff. Manages school nutrition operations and staff, follows HACCP and USDA/Nutrition program guidelines, ensures sanitation and safety compliance, conducts staff training, monitors performance and morale, and develops best practices to provide a quality dining experience while maintaining regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED; 1-2 years of related experience or food service training; Serve-Safe is required, SNA Levels 1, 2, and 3 are preferred.
