SCHOOL NUTRITION ASSISTANT

Prepare and serve a variety of foods according to standardized recipes and projected servings, including meat, vegetable, and salad cooking. Assist the manager with cashier duties and general tasks assigned. Follow safety standards for storing and serving food while practicing proper equipment care and sanitation. Support food production and line back-up during serving periods, manage dish return and food ware, and participate in cost containment measures. Maintain inventory logs using basic computer skills and attend job-related training. Must be able to climb ladders and work with hands above head while standing. Wear appropriate clean uniform and shoes as designated.
