Job Summary
Maintain kitchen and dining areas up to health department regulations by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed. Serve children, faculty, and parents with wholesome, nutritious food in an active cafeteria setting Monday through Friday. Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion while standing for most of the shift. Deliver quality food and service in a polite, fun, and engaging manner. Complete cashier proficiency within 30 days of hiring if applying externally. Required Qualifications
- Must love children
- Must be responsible and dependable in adherence to the work schedule
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to stand on feet for a good part of the shift
- Must know what quality food and service looks like
- Must deliver food and service in a polite, fun and engaging manner
- Must be proficient in cashiering
- Must score 3.0 or higher on last evaluation
- Must be able to cashier proficiently within 30 days of being hired
