Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act, medical practitioner orders, and the client's care plan. Administer medications, monitor findings, and perform specialized pediatric services including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings. Maintain client orders, document changes in the medical record, and participate in care coordination and Agency meetings. Promote personal safety and ensure compliance with Agency policies, payor standards, and accreditation requirements while collaborating with the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an RN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
