Job Summary
Provide on-call school nursing support, including health office coverage and one-to-one student care. Assess medical needs, administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and provide emergency care for students with diverse medical, developmental, and physical needs. Collaborate with school staff, families, and care teams to promote student health and well-being in a safe, inclusive learning environment. This role offers a flexible schedule with up to 35 hours per week and includes paid sick leave. Candidates must hold an active New York RN license, BLS certification, and completed NYSED fingerprinting, with school nursing or pediatric experience preferred.
