Job Summary
School Nurse responsible for student health assessments, immediate medical care, medication administration, EMR/EHR documentation, infection control, and collaboration with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers. Requires RN with experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine settings; strong clinical skills in patient assessment, venipuncture, IV access, injection administration, and medication management. Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate medical records; supports health education and wellness initiatives for students; ACLS/PALS preferred, BLS required. In-person role based in Hemet, CA.
Required Qualifications
- RN or AE? (Registered Nurse)
- EMR/EHR proficiency
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- HIPAA knowledge
- Pediatric care experience
- Hospital/ER experience preferred
