School Nurse - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient. Provide direct, one-on-one medical care with a 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends.
