Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for school-aged children in need of medical support at home, including medication administration, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings. Monitor and report clinical findings, document all changes in medical orders, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate services. Maintain a safe environment while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, medical practitioner orders, and Agency policies. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and a licensed driver's license. Shift runs 6:30a-4p with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
