Job Summary
The School Nurse will oversee the daily health and wellness of children, monitor allergies, medications, and immunization records, provide resources to families and staff, maintain excellent records, and ensure a clean and safe school environment. Required qualifications include a valid LPN or RN license, and candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a motivation to collaborate and improve care quality. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $26.00 to $27.00 per hour, contingent on experience and license category.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass the Applicant Background Study required by the Department of Human Services
- Must have documentation of U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must have an active LPN or RN license
- Must have daytime availability from the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday
