Job Summary
The General Maintenance Worker coordinates and manages work orders efficiently, handles technical maintenance projects, conducts routine inspections, troubleshoots issues, and performs preventive and diverse maintenance tasks. The role involves collaboration with the Pastor's office, School Principal, and various staff to ensure facility maintenance and assists with event set-ups and furniture arrangements. This position requires significant hands-on experience in maintenance disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven maintenance experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Three or more years of hands-on experience
- Experience with woodworking, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and painting
- Valid Arizona Driver's license
- Maintains the annual Safe Environment Training Certification
