Responsibilities include developing a strategic campus plan, cultivating a culture aligned with our mission, building community among staff and families, ensuring exceptional program delivery, achieving profitability targets, coordinating enrollment with the Assistant Head of School, and hiring, supporting, and developing teaching staff.
