Job Summary
Support special education leaders and teachers in data-based decision making and instruction to close the achievement gap. Lead and collaborate on MTSS implementation aligned to Iowa Core Standards; provide professional learning and coaching to LEA/AEA staff; translate research into effective practices; foster positive learning environments and strong communication across districts; contribute to program evaluation and alignment with agency strategic goals; travel between schools to deliver on-site, in-person services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required
- Current Iowa Teaching License required with appropriate content area endorsement(s)
- Minimum 5 years successful teaching experience preferred
