Job Summary
Drive MTSS implementation and continuous improvement across district schools by building capacity of leadership teams and principals. Coach teams on MTSS alignment, organize data collection for decision-making, coordinate with data and curriculum offices, facilitate professional learning, provide technical support for school improvement initiatives, and coordinate with district priorities and state accountability systems. Lead assessment coordination and ensure alignment of district-wide practices with regulatory requirements, while modeling professional collaboration and data-driven decision making. Proficiency with Google Suites and strong communication with a diverse range of stakeholders essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
- Teacher leadership experience required, minimum 5 years
- A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Master of Educational Administration preferred
- Iowa 5-12, or K-12 Principal and Evaluator Approval License preferred
