Job Summary
Provide dynamic support across a wide range of ICT tasks to optimise and elevate the school's operations. Contribute to maintaining and enhancing ICT network infrastructure, ICT initiatives and projects; develop, maintain, and improve ICT administrative systems and databases; install equipment and software and perform routine maintenance and repairs; offer technical advice on network systems and resources to support learning programs; diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and drive service improvements through escalation and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or related field
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
