Job Summary
Lead First Aid provision as the primary contact for medical assistance for students and staff, managing medicine storage, medical databases, and individual healthcare plans. Provide one-to-one drop-in sessions for emotional support and facilitate crisis management referrals to external specialists. Develop and maintain "Safe Spaces" for student regulation while planning health events for parents and leading assemblies on substance abuse and obesity prevention. Launch and lead a student group to ensure pupils directly shape the academy's health culture. Work part-time (30 hours/week) term-time only, supporting Outwood Academy Normanby's commitment to holistic care for students from diverse backgrounds in Teesside.
