Job Summary
Serve food to students and staff while ensuring all meals meet Genuine Foods' quality standards and USDA National School Lunch compliance. Coordinate with team members to prepare and serve food on time, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen and serving area. Stock all areas to ensure ease of service and alert the Site Lead or Manager promptly of any issues. Work in a school environment among grades K-12, embodying a positive attitude and superior customer service. Required Qualifications
- Previous food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant
- Willingness to learn the compliance requirements of the USDA National School Lunch Program
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy
- Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a school environment among kids grades K-12
