Job Summary
Oversee daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation, serving, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety procedures and quality standards. Manage cafeteria staff, address staffing needs, and handle inventory preparation along with month-end paperwork. Maintain ServSafe® certification and obtain proper documentation to work in schools. This role supports the school food service program in the Philadelphia area with a Monday through Friday day shift, eight hours daily, no weekends or holidays, and summer breaks.
