Job Summary
Develop and lead a talented team of educators while managing daily operations across Infant through School Age programs. Comply with all state regulations and exceed enrollment targets by executing the COA Experience and curriculum standards. Meet annual budget performance metrics and maintain quality care through continuous operational management. Drive and travel up to 10% of the time for training and meetings. This role supports a diverse, inclusive culture where you bring your whole self to work, interacting daily with parents, staff, and regional support teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
- Flexible in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Commitment to professional development
- Effective decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must meet state requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings
