Job Summary
Develop and lead a talented team of educators while managing daily operations across Infant through School Age programs. Comply with all state regulations and exceed enrollment growth targets by executing the COA Experience and curriculum. Meet annual budget performance standards and maintain quality care through continuous operational oversight. Drive enrollment and quality initiatives while building strong relationships with parents, staff, and regional support teams. Requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
- Flexible in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to build strong relationships
- Commitment to professional development
- Effective decision maker
- Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications, MS Office 365; Word, Excel, Power Point
- Must meet state requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings
