Job Summary
Senior School Director responsible for full ownership of the school's P&L and financial planning, delivering strong commercial results, maintaining academic quality, and ensuring an exceptional student experience at Alpadia Berlin. Leads a multidisciplinary team to drive business performance, operational excellence across academic, administrative, accommodation, and student services, and ensures regulatory compliance with EAQUALS, telc, and testDaF. Oversees school renovation within budget targets and partners with global sales/marketing to grow enrolment and profitability. Represents the school to agents, partners, and the local community while shaping the student experience and safeguarding practices; requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a customer-centric leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Native German and fluent in English
- Background check required (Führungszeugnis)
